A Path to Strength, Balance & Authentic Movement

I've never been one to stick to just one thing—I’ve explored volleyball, weightlifting, yoga, Pilates, barre, surfing, skating, and recently, pole, aerial silks, and lyra. As a multi-passionate person with ADHD, I love learning new things. But through it all, movement has made me feel strong, capable, and free. I was at my lowest when I stopped moving, overwhelmed by college, toxic friendships, and more.

That’s what led me here.

Fitness was always for me. After developing stress fractures in my first two weeks of high school track, I learned weightlifting could prevent them. That became my first love, showing me that movement should build you up, not break you down. I hated yoga at first—why would a coach who cared want us to sit still? Why would I do anything but lift heavy weights…

School, Stress, and Finding Balance

School drained me—mentally, emotionally, and physically. The pressure to excel left me burned out, unable to sit still or move freely. I feared change and lacked balance. After switching majors twice in a year, I felt lost, constantly chasing achievement without purpose. My health declined, and despite training hard, I wasn’t recovering. I thought pushing through was the answer, but I was only breaking myself down.

Everything changed when I met my functional medicine nutritionist. By aligning my nutrition and lifestyle with my needs, I naturally lost 15 pounds and reconnected with my body. I learned that true health isn’t about isolated fixes—it’s about treating the body as a whole. Addressing stress, movement, and nutrition together transformed my well-being. Multiple studies support this approach, showing it reduces negative health outcomes, improves longevity, and enhances overall well-being.

Italy, Injuries, and a New Way to Train

Living in Italy for 5 weeks reshaped my view of health. I saw what it meant to truly live—enjoying food, walking everywhere, and making movement a natural part of daily life instead of forcing it into rigid workouts. While discovering my passion for photojournalism, I also realized how deeply movement impacts well-being through my own journey of injury and recovery.

Physical therapy, Pilates, and functional training didn’t just heal me—they helped me move better than ever. That’s when it clicked: fitness isn’t about following someone else’s plan; it’s about creating movement that works for you.

Training connects me to my inner child. Yoga grounds me when I’m stressed or seeking creativity. Pole, lyra, and silks push me out of my comfort zone while making bodyweight training fun. Weightlifting is medicine. And best of all, these activities make me better at surfing and everything else I love.

Why I Train the Way I Do

I don’t train people to shrink themselves.
I don’t believe in mindless workouts or suffering through exercise you hate.

Find Your Strength in Every Movement

Find Your Strength in Every Movement ✦

Instead, I help people move in ways that feel powerful, intuitive, and freeing. I believe in:

Strength over aesthetics

Because confidence comes from what your body can do, not just how it looks.

*I’ve always looked my best self when this is my focus

Training for longevity

Because movement isn’t just for now—it’s for life.

No rigid calorie counting (unless you’re a competitive bodybuilder!)

Because food is fuel, and obsessing over numbers can take the joy out of eating. Instead, we focus on sustainable nutrition that supports your goals without stress.

Flow & adaptability

Fitness should fit into your life, not the other way around.
